During his time in agency Tim has:
- Project leased multiple shopping centres around WA
- Acted as leasing agent on behalf of multiple institutional investors including Centuria and Charter Hall.
- Sold some of the largest residential development sites, including the largest oceanfront apartment site in recent years and the tallest residential tower in WA.
- Sold some of the largest commercial development sites for a range of uses including data centres, medical, retail and office.
- Transacted on a range of leased retail, medical, childcare and service commercial properties.
- Acted on behalf of Development WA and DPLH for the disposal of assets.
